Vitalipets products are sold exclusively through our official store on the Amazon platform.

Any order placed on Amazon is governed by Amazon's terms of sale and those of the seller, which prevail over this document in everything concerning price, availability, delivery, payment, warranty and the right of withdrawal.

Product prices and availability are those shown in the Amazon store at the time of ordering. No price mentioned on this shop-window site is contractually binding.

Right of withdrawal and returns

For orders placed on Amazon, the 14-day right of withdrawal provided by French consumer law applies under the conditions set by Amazon. Return and refund requests are made directly from your Amazon account.

Use of the products

Our products are chew treats intended for dogs. They do not replace a balanced diet and are not a veterinary treatment.

Users undertake to follow the precautions stated on each product page: supervision during chewing, a size suited to the dog, removal of the product once it becomes small enough to swallow, and permanent access to fresh water.
